Linda M. Stargel

Rev Dr Linda M. Stargel has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Theology from Duke University and a PhD from the University of Manchester (UK). She is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. She has over 30 years’ experience in children’s and youth ministry, has served in pastoral ministry in Montreal, Canada and in theological education in Quebec, Dominican Republic, and Haiti. Since 2019, she has been the Academic Dean and Senior Lecturer in Biblical Studies and Biblical Language at the Nazarene Theological College in Brisbane. Her research interests include literary art and poetic imagery in the Hebrew Bible.
